Thank you for your support of the Smart Industry 2018 conference.  Please review the important exhibitor information below.  

 

Registration

To register your complimentary passes:

  1.  Click here to be taken to the online registration form 
  2. Select ‘Exhibitor’ as the registration type.
  3. Enter first 4 letters of your company name in the discount code field.  This code will eliminate the conference pass fees.
  4. Complete the remaining pages of registration.  Each person registered will received a confirmation email.

Discounted passes for additional staff or clients:

  1.  Click here to be taken to the online registration form 
  2. Select ‘Exhibitor’ as the registration type if for additional staff.  Select ‘Industry Attendee – Individual’ if for clients.
  3. Enter ‘EXVIP’ in the discount code field.  This code is valid for a $695 rate.
  4. Complete the remaining pages of registration.  Each person registered will received a confirmation email.

Be sure to book your room early! Smart Industry 2018 has a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $219/night + taxes and includes complimentary wi-fi. To make a reservation, simply click here.  Reservations will be available until August 27, 2018 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Attendee Contact Information

As part of your exhibit package, you receive a one-time use of the post-event attendee list with email addresses.  This list will be emailed to you on Friday, September 28, 2018.

Through the event app, which will launch mid-August 2018, you’ll have the ability to connect with attendees as well.

  • (1) 6′ x 30″ skirted table – please note that display items should not extend further than the length of the table
  • (2) chairs

Exhibit Setup/Teardown/Hours:

Setup: 
Sunday, September 23 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm  OR
Monday, September 24 from 8:00 am – 10:00 am

Teardown:
Wednesday, September 26 from 11:15 am – 2:00 pm 

Hours: 
Monday, September 24 from 11:30 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday, September 25 from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
Wednesday, September 26 from 7:30 am – 11:15 am

NOTE: programming overlaps with these hours. We encourage exhibitors to network during programming activities to get the most out of their participation.  It is not necessary to man the tabletop at all times.

Additional items for rental: 

If you require a presentation monitor, dedicated internet line, or other audio-visual item, please complete the PSAV Audio-Visual form.

Shipments:

Should you need to ship materials for your tabletop, you’ll need to complete the hotel’s exhibitor shipment form so that they can receive your packages and deliver to your tabletop.
