Adam Echter leads the North American Industrials practice of Simon-Kucher & Partners, a strategy & marketing consultancy broadly recognized as the global leader in pricing & monetization. Adam brings 16 years of industrial experience covering field sales, product management, and pricing/sales organization design. In his role at Simon-Kucher, Adam helps industrial firms better understand their price/value relationship, capture incremental value from their existing portfolio, and improve new product pricing to define & defend the tremendous value firms unlock through digitalization. A native of upstate New York, Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Buffalo and MBA in finance from the University of Rochester. He now lives in the Bay Area of California and works out of Simon-Kucher’s Silicon Valley office where he sits at the convergence of software and hardware while translating monetization knowledge between these two worlds.
