Hicham Wazni

Hicham is the Corporate Director of Manufacturing Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing at Arconic. Hicham has 22 years of collective experience in manufacturing, business management, and disciplined execution of Industry 4.0. He was responsible for the team that spearheaded the training and development of the leadership and workforce, identified and initiated the smart journey strategy and deployment plan, partnered with key suppliers to implement data historian in the factories, and put in place a disciplined approach and metrics to monitor and improve the “Smart” execution in the Arconic Wheels factories. His role has now expanded to focus on leading, deploying, and expanding the initiative of Smart Manufacturing at Arconic globally.

Hicham has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from the University of Georgia.
