Rolf Paeper

Rolf Paeper brings an impressive track record of success and commitment to people and process excellence. At Ingersoll Rand’s Compression Technologies and Services business, Rolf is responsible for the profitable growth in general industry markets and services, digital portfolio and marketing. He joined Ingersoll Rand in 2012, starting in commercial HVAC systems as the applied and sourced products product management leader. In 2015, he moved to lead product management for the enterprise. Rolf’s leadership developed the maturity of the Product Management organization and focused product managers on using the company’s business operating system to make informed decisions based on data and deep customer insights, leading to the development of customer-focused product strategies and aligning the organization behind clear priorities. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Rolf held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in product management, application engineering, sales and operations at Eaton.
