Tom Walker provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure facility automation service environment throughout Penn State University and its many commonwealth campuses. Tom brings an expertise that encompasses a wide variety of strategic technology issues: governance and policy, resource allocation, information technology protocols, security and compliance, and the continued implementation of a streamlined infrastructure.
